While slightly later than anticipated, we are pleased to share that our 2024 Annual Report is now complete!

2024 was a busy and productive year for PVFD.

Fire Division:
Our fire division responded to 257 calls for service throughout the year. January was the busiest month with 32 calls, while September was the least active with 13. Notably, our crews responded to 19 working fires and one vehicle accident with entrapment.

EMS Division:
The EMS division handled 1,755 calls for service—making 2024 our busiest year to date. June saw the highest call volume with 177 calls, while February was the quietest month with 106.

Service Expansion:
One of the most significant milestones for PVFD occurred in September 2024, when we elevated our EMS capabilities from Basic Life Support (BLS) to Intermediate Advanced Life Support (IALS). This enhancement allows our agency to provide a broader scope of care, including IV access, administration of advanced medications, and limited cardiac monitoring when a paramedic unit is unavailable or not required.
