For the month of June the Fire Division handled 20 calls for service. Station 403 responded to 13 calls and Station 405 responded to 13 calls.

In June we had no companywide EMS training due to scheduling conflicts. Individually, several members continued progressing through crew chief training, driver training, completed annual continuing education for certification and participated in impromptu skill labs during duty shifts throughout the month.
For the month of June we had two companywide fire trainings. The both were on water supply operations.
This month we participated in 2 public relations events. On Friday June 19th the EMS division stood by providing EMS services at Intercourse Park for Heritage Days celebration. On Saturday the 20th the EMS division was back out at Intercourse Park for the second day of Heritage Days providing EMS services as well as the Tower who assisted with a candy drop and bucket rides.
This month we also held our annual summer auction at our Kinzer station on Friday June 5th and Saturday June 6th. Thank You all who came out and supported us for this fundraiser! |
